Introduction

Bayer is one of the largest pharmaceutical and biomedical companies globally. In a collaborative effort, the public relations firm Porter Novelli and the marketing agency one50one partnered with Bayer to promote initiatives focused on pollinator health, stemming from Bayer's involvement with Project Apis m. One notable initiative is Healthy Hives, which aims to support scientific research that develops sustainable solutions for the preservation and protection of pollinators. For this initiative, Bayer sought creative design, layout, and physical and digital distribution for the Healthy Hives report.

Foundations for Crafting Business Project Stationery

A.J. Edgar Craft outlines the preliminary steps for the Healthy Hives report, classifying them under the business stationery category. This type of stationery necessitates company-specific branding and adherence to established guidelines. As a well-organized organization, the clients supplied comprehensive resources, including logos, logo variations, brand colors, visual guidelines, and relevant documentation. Furthermore, the clients furnished examples of past content to enhance the understanding of the visual guidelines provided.

Producing a Cohesive Brand Experience Through Stationery

A. J. Edgar Craft requested appropriately provisioned content for the report to ensure it could align with the specific layout and design requirements. This method enabled the client to quickly identify and correct any errors in the content while maintaining the integrity of the overall layout. Meanwhile, A. J. Edgar Craft and its collaborators focused on developing preliminary design and layout templates that adhered to the established branding and visual guidelines. These guidelines permitted a unique approach to creativity while ensuring compliance with the company's branding standards. After reviewing the designs and layouts, the clients suggested minor adjustments before giving their final approval. The company seamlessly integrated the client's finalized content into its designed layouts. It generated the completed report in the high-resolution .pdf format.

Essentials For Additional Service

Bayer required the PDF-formatted report to be accessible online and shared publicly with its target audience. This requirement led to implementing the "flipbook" concept, which A. J. Edgar Craft executed.

Additional Service Accomplishments

A. J. Edgar Craft successfully regenerated the report in PDF format at screen resolution. The company converted the report into an interactive HTML-accessed publication via a researched and chosen SaaS (software as a service). This transformation allowed the report to exhibit a page-turning effect that mimics a printed book, enhancing readability across various devices. The client contributed additional video content integrated into multiple publication pages. Furthermore, one50one acquired a domain name for the project, and A. J. Edgar Craft directed it to the published Healthy Hive report flipbook implementation.
